Yes, we issue VAT invoices. To receive one, please complete the company details fields (name, address, and VAT number) when placing your order.

Yes, it is possible to order a shipment with the option of payment upon delivery to the courier.

We do not currently offer installment purchase options.

We make every effort to ensure your packages reach you as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer this option at this time.

We only use fragrance compositions that have INTERNATIONAL FRAGRANCE ASSOCIATION (IFRA) safety certificates.

Yes, all our products available on the website, including candles, are handmade in Poland.

We use only the highest quality plant waxes in our products – soy, olive, and rapeseed. Detailed information about the type of wax used in a specific candle can be found in its description on the website.

All of our container candles, mini candles, and wax melts are made with soy wax. However, we only use rapeseed wax in some of our freestanding candles. Both of these waxes are natural, organic, eco-friendly, and cruelty-free, making them an excellent choice for those concerned about ethical shopping.

Beauty of Nature candle jars are hand-made by us from eco-friendly modified cement composite.

Our home accessories are made from eco-friendly modified cement composite, which is not only exceptionally durable but also gives the products an elegant and modern look. This material combines durability and aesthetics, creating beautiful and functional decorative elements.

You can return your product within 14 days of receiving your order. Within this time, you must submit a completed returns form , which can be submitted by post or email. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the unused product.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products without giving any reason.

The refund will be made to your payment card within a maximum of 14 days (usually within 7 days) of receiving the refund.
