Returns and complaints

Returns

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products without giving a reason.

How to make a return?

  1. Complete the returns form, which you can download HERE. Email it to kontakt@aranska.pl and include a printed copy in the package with the returned product.
  2. Send us the product to: ARANSKA, ul. Erazma Ciołka 35/57, 01-445, Warsaw, kontakt@aranska.pl , tel. 573 551 533.

Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days (usually within 7 days) of receipt of the return, once we have positively verified your shipment.

Funds for purchases will be refunded to the account indicated in the form or via the payment method selected when placing the order.
